Welcome to Encore Lamps. By visiting this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before purchasing.

Section 1 — Products

We sell decorative magnetic levitation display lamps. Product availability is limited and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion.

Section 2 — Product Imagery and Representations

Product images on this store are digitally created and rendered for presentation purposes. They are intended to communicate the design, materials, proportions and features of the product. They are not photographs of the specific unit shipped to you.

Lighting, colour temperature, glow intensity, scale, staging and surrounding décor shown in imagery are presentational and will vary in real-world use. Minor variations in finish, paint detail, colour and texture between individual units are normal and expected.

We describe each product's materials, dimensions and function in writing on its product page. Those written specifications, not the imagery, are the authoritative description of what you are purchasing. Where imagery and written specification differ, the written specification governs.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read the written product description and understand that product imagery is illustrative.

Section 3 — Pricing and Billing

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Promotional pricing is time-limited and may end at any time.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your account and payment details as needed.

Section 4 — Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where the product is unavailable, pricing was listed in error, or the order is flagged by our fraud screening.

If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the carrier at dispatch. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

Section 6 — Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out when refunds and replacements are available.

Section 7 — Intellectual Property

All content on this store, including imagery, copy, layout and design, is owned by Encore Lamps or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Encore Lamps is an independent brand. Our products are original tribute pieces and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by or sponsored by any artist, estate, record label or rights holder.

Section 8 — Prohibited Uses

You may not use this store or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property, to submit false information, or to interfere with the security of the site.

Section 9 — Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" and "as available" except where our Refund Policy applies. We do not warrant that results from use of the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet subjective expectations of appearance.

Section 10 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Encore Lamps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or this store. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Section 11 — Safety and Intended Use

This product is a decorative display item intended for indoor domestic use by adults. It contains strong magnets and should be kept away from pacemakers, medical devices, magnetic storage media and credit cards. It is not a toy and is not intended for children.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
